How long does shipping take?

Made-to-Order Items (e.g., personalized products): Processing takes 1-4 business days after proof approval. Shipping takes 2-5 business days (U.S.) or 5-14 business days (international).
Ready-to-Ship Items: Processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times match made-to-order items.
📦 Tracking: Check your email (including spam) for a tracking link. Visit our Order Status Page for DIY tracking.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! 🌍
Customized items: Shipped directly from our local printing partners in the USA, Europe, Australia, or Canada (no customs delays! 🎉).
Non-customized items: Shipped internationally from the USA (customs may apply).

Custom Orders & Proofs

Can I see a proof of my custom design?

Absolutely! 🎨 Here’s how:

You haven't bought, but want to see a proof before deciding:

Reach out over live chat or contact us and describe your design. We'll email you a free proof, usually within 1 business day.

You're buying, but want to approve a proof before we print your product:

Add “Send proof” in the personalization box at checkout. We’ll email your proof within 1 business day of purchase.

⚠️ Important:

Approve your proof quickly to start production! If we don't get a response within 48 hours? We’ll send a friendly reminder.

Check your email (and spam folder) for your proof.

How do I approve my proof?

Reply “Approved” to your proof email! 🎉 We’ll start production immediately and email tracking info once it ships.

What if I want changes made to the design after seeing the proof you send me?

No worries!  Reply to your proof email with your requested changes. We’ll create a new proof. Note: Multiple revisions may delay your order.

Design Help & Custom Requests

Can you help me design my item?

We’d love to! 🌟 Here’s how:

1. Share your vision (e.g., “I want a retro-style logo for my team”).

2. Attach inspiration photos, logos, or Pinterest links in the chat.

3. We’ll send mockups within 1 business day.

Don’t see the product/color/size you want?

Let’s make it happen! Describe your idea (e.g.,“embroidered dad hat in red”), and we’ll see if we can do it. If we can, we’ll create a custom listing just for you to purchase.

Can I use my own design?

Yes! Here’s how:

1. On the product page or in your cart, click the “Upload File” button.

2. Attach PNG/JPG/PDF files (max 10MB).

3. We’ll review your design and send a proof within 1 business day.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Non-Personalized Items: Return within 30 days for a refund/exchange. Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Made-to-Order/Personalized Items: Only accepted if defective or incorrect due to our error.
